Hampton Inn Carlstadt-At The Meadowlands

My family and I stayed here when we went to the American Dream Mall and it was amazing! The hotel was so clean, our rooms were clean and neat, the staff were so friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was pretty impressive! The staff were always on their game and refilling the breakfast constantly to make sure there is stuff for everyone! Was very impressed with this hotel and the location was perfect! 5 minutes from the American Dream mall! Highly recommend! Thank you Hampton Inn so much!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The shuttle service to MetLife stadium was great and it was relatively easily go get into New York City using the Secacus Junction station. Breakfast was good.

Wonderful experience the customer service was amazing. When i had a slight issue with the room they switched me out and rectified the issue. Room was very clean love the design on how the room and bathroom was created. Barely heard any noise. I recommend second floor always lol.

The hotel is well maintained and every team member I encountered was friendly. The major issue was the non functioning EV Chargers. I purposely booked this location so I wouldn't have to worry about charging off site. When I arrived it was not working, hotel GM came out and confirmed that they were not and said he would contact the company. Upon my departure they were still not operable and I no one ever followed up.

My girlfriend and I stayed there last weekend and it was awesome! Free breakfast every morning, they even refilled breakfast 10min prior to ending time! Front desk was very kind and informative and never had issues answering all our questions (which was a lot!). And they offer a free shuttle van ride to American dream mall which we used to avoid constantly paying for taxis or renting a car! 4.5/5 will definitely be coming here again especially for football season!!

Fantastic hotel! Very clean and quiet Literally a 3 min drive to American Dream Mall! Very pet friendly. Oh and did I mention how delicious their hotel breakfast is? (It's hard to find hotels with good free breakfast, but it was truly delicious here!) They have a very cute outside area with seating and a small pond with fish in front. Always plenty of parking and lots of grass area to walk your fur baby, with poop bags/trash cans available throughout the property. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be staying here again!

As a die hard cowboys fan I stay at this hotel every year to watch them play the Giants and have had nothing but great experiences here. Always very clean and staff is friendly. Unfortunately, last week my family and I got sick and I had to cancel my trip last minute and the staff was extremely helpful and was able to cancel my room without charging a cancellation fee. If you’re ever in the area I recommend staying here! 10/10

We had such a wonderful stay - clean room and, most of all, silent! We were in room 501 at the end of the hall and over a 5-day period, never heard a sound from the room next door or elsewhere. Breakfast is complimentary and plentiful with many options and delicious baked items. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. We had to drive into Manhattan each day and it was quite convenient. A warning: if you're driving here, it's very confusing navigating to this location, so pay close attention to your GPS! NJ roads - especially just outside of NYC - and the drivers are no joke, even when you're used to them.
